Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pawsitive Patrol’s pet waste removal services (“Services”) and constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Pawsitive Patrol (“Company”). By utilizing our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Services Provided
Pawsitive Patrol offers professional pet waste removal Services to residential and commercial clients in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
•Scheduled pet waste removal (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
•One-time cleanup Services.
•Deodorizing treatments.
•Additional optional Services, as agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Services at its sole discretion, with notice provided to the Client.
2. Pet Waste Disposal Policy
2.1 Primary Disposal Method
Pet waste collected during the provision of Services will be securely double-bagged and placed in the Client’s designated outdoor trash can. This method ensures efficient and cost-effective waste management.
2.2 Optional Disposal Bucket
Clients may opt to purchase a 5-gallon disposal bucket with a lid for an additional fee. This bucket will be used exclusively for pet waste during Service visits. The Client assumes responsibility for transferring the double-bagged waste to their trash can before scheduled trash pickup.

2.3 Client Responsibilities for Waste Disposal
The Client agrees to:
1.Provide unobstructed access to a functional outdoor trash can or the disposal bucket.
2.Notify the Company in advance if neither option will be available.
3.Acknowledge that if neither disposal option is accessible, the visit may still be charged in full.
The Company does not haul away pet waste under any circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted Service, the Client agrees to:
•Maintain safe and unobstructed access to the property.
•Provide immediate notice of any changes in the number of pets, property layout, or access conditions.
•Notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance if Services need to be paused for any reason, including vacations or property maintenance.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in Service delays or charges for missed visits.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule
•Payment for Services is due before the first scheduled cleanup of each month.
•The Client may enroll in automatic billing using a credit/debit card or bank account.
4.2 Late Payments
•Payments not received by the due date may result in suspension of Services.
•A late fee of $15 may be applied for overdue accounts.
4.3 Refund Policy
•Refunds are not provided for unused or missed Services unless due to an error by the Company.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The Client agrees that the Company is not liable for:
•Damages to landscaping, irrigation systems, fences, gates, or other property during the normal course of Service.
•Injuries or illnesses involving pets caused by factors beyond the Company’s control, including pre-existing conditions or environmental hazards.
•Delays or disruptions in Service caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
6. Safety and Sanitation
The Company prioritizes the health and safety of clients and pets by adhering to strict sanitation protocols:
1.All equipment and shoes are sanitized with a kennel-grade disinfectant between Service visits to prevent cross-contamination.
2.Technicians secure all gates upon completion of Service and document with photographs.
3.All employees are background-checked, insured, and trained to uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
7. Scheduling and Weather Policies
•Services may be rescheduled due to hazardous weather or unsafe conditions. The Company will notify the Client of any changes and reschedule as promptly as possible.
•Services scheduled on holidays may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion.
8. Service Modifications and Promotions
•The Company reserves the right to adjust Service pricing, frequency, or scope with at least two (2) weeks’ written notice to the Client.
•Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
9. Termination of Services
•Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
•All outstanding balances must be paid in full within fifteen (15) days of termination.
10. Privacy Policy
The Company is committed to protecting Client privacy.
•Personal information collected during the provision of Services will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
•By using the Services, the Client agrees to receive communications related to Service updates, billing, and promotions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in California in accordance with state and federal arbitration laws.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Pawsitive Patrol’s Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
